Classification
Fix at the dependency owner: adopt published Core v0.4.0 as part of the explicitly requested rollout (codefly-dev/core#622). Live wire/startup contracts are unchanged; matching dependency versions are not a compatibility gate.
Verification
Standalone source build and go mod tidy -diff passed with the published tag. Full untagged Go tests and go vet passed against the exact tagged Core source commit before replacing its temporary pseudo-version. git diff --check passed.
Not Yet Verified
This is source adoption, not release artifact or full tagged infrastructure qualification. Release CI and real artifact qualification follow after green merge; no cloud deployment is included.
