Consumers previously reconstructed Accounts' current-revision request and transport rules. Add
saas_sdk.authorization_revisionwith the canonical owner/all-actor projection, a TLS gRPC client and an explicitly selected Connect compatibility client. Every check reloads the internal credential, applies one three-second budget including the response body, and distinguishes current denial from unavailable authority without exposing remote details. The clients do not cache decisions, retry, follow redirects or inherit environment proxies/caller credentials. Signature verification and action/resource policy remain with consumers. Networking dependencies are optional extras; the package remains compatible with Python 3.10 and generated bindings are unchanged. The owner/actor projection fixture is shared with the Go SDK.
Validation: full SDK suite passes (138 tests), including counted local TLS gRPC, coherent Connect errors, exact empty responses, malformed/oversized/duplicate JSON, credential rotation and next-check revision revocation, metadata isolation, cancellation and total budgets, and TLS/origin rejection. New files pass Ruff; Python 3.10 syntax and identical cross-SDK fixture bytes are verified. CI installs both optional transports and retains its Python 3.10/3.12 matrix.
