Every pull request's Codefly build fails: the store's bootstrap image pins
`curl=8.14.1-r2` in its exact apk lock, and Alpine v3.21 replaced that
package with -r3, so `apk add` cannot select it ("unable to select
packages"). service-postgres 0.0.146 (codefly-dev/service-postgres#190)
fetches the migrate archive with the base image's own wget, so the lock no
longer carries curl. This moves the store to that agent, and nothing else.

Every open pull request fails
Codefly build, and thereforeRelease gates: #1150, #1155, #1067 and the rest. The store's bootstrap image pinscurl=8.14.1-r2in its exact apk lock, and Alpine v3.21 replaced that package with-r3today, so the build stops with:The lock refusing a replaced package is the lock working as designed. The fix belongs to the agent that owns the lock, codefly-dev/service-postgres. Its #190, released as v0.0.146, fetches the migrate archive with the base image's own
wget, socurlleaves the lock entirely.Change
