feat(add): scaffold the standard role set, installer/editor/viewer - #1242

The scaffold wrote installer and viewer. The fleet's standard set is three — the same wiki declares, and now every solution in obin-ai/core-solutions (obin-ai/core-solutions#489). `installer` is required BY NAME: the authority refuses a solution without it, by a rule keyed on kind. `viewer` is what an organization is installed as, so the people of an installation can open the solution at all. `editor` is the write position between them, so a solution that grows one does not invent a name for it; proposals calls its middle role `reviewer`, the same position in its own domain's word. Every role must grant something — core refuses `role "installer" grants nothing` — so all three sit within the solution's own page ceiling. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
