Pin Core v0.19.15 so Codefly generation selects published proto companion 0.0.23. The companion removes Rust generation tooling, cross-compiles its Go plugins natively, and keeps runtime caches writable when Linux runs it as the host user. Go, Python and TypeScript generation continue through the existing Codefly commands.
Classification: a fix in CLI dependency selection, reusing
codefly agent deps --pinand Core's generation implementation. Core PRs869/870/871 own the source fixes. Agent wire contract unchanged; x/net0.62.0 and gRPC1.85.0 remain selected.Documentation: docs/commands.md and docs/supported-matrix.md describe supported languages and companion selection; pkg/conformance/matrix.json matches Core's released version.
Validation: final dependency pin completed its standalone build. Core0.19.15 PR/main CI and all six multiarchitecture builds passed. Proto0.0.23 publisher40781850351 completed publication/attestation at sha256:e4349eac38f122cb50551407c12de28b537582343fc51e9364efcf81d54e1696; both architecture builds passed non-root Buf compilation, Swagger and npm cache checks. Hosted CLI checks on this final head, including Docker generation, must all pass before merge. Earlier Core0.19.14 local CLI suite/vet and hosted Go checks passed, but its image failed Linux generation due to root-owned caches; this pin consumes the owner correction. The final local full suite was interrupted (exit130) because an untagged test uses Docker while the shared daemon belongs to another lane; it is not a passing check. Final hosted qualification is authoritative.
Signed CLI release and downstream service rebuild/scans remain separate rollout steps; this PR does not claim NYL clearance.
