Ghost has two Playwright layers: - per-package acceptance suites - the top-level `e2e/` workspace We/the docs called both "E2E", which was confusing. We decided on e2e for the top level, and acceptance for per package suites. This finalises that change in a few places. The E2E writing guide had also drifted from the code and has been updated to reflect reality. The changeset check treated any file in a publishable package as release-worthy, so editing an AGENTS.md demanded a version bump. Changed so that README.md requires a version bump as npm packs it into the tarball and makes use of it, but repo-only markdown is excluded.
Tests don't need to run on markdown only changes. Linting does.
Brings the Koenig package READMEs up to date and documents each package's API, plus adds a description to all package.json files.
