no ref - intl has been included in Node (with full-icu as of 13+) meaning we don't need it anymore as a dependency
no ref - nodemailer-mailgun-transport pulled in consolidate v0.15.x, which pulled in the entire babel runtime into core dependencies - a pull request (orliesaurus/nodemailer-mailgun-transport#126) has been merged upstream but not released, the override allows us to use the new version until it is
no ref - removing peer deps from consolidate trims Ghost's production node_modules graph a decent amount
no ref - prune ts files, md files, sourcemaps, etc from source in pack.mjs as well as docker build - in the docker build, shipped .ts files are almost half of the files in `/home/ghost`, stripping them simplifies a lot
