Collecting a cash link from a chat no longer posts "Thanks for the cash!" as a reply to the voucher.
The send is gated behind
CLAIM_THANKS_ENABLED, afalseconstant inChatViewModel's companion.thankForClaimreturns just before sending, afterClaimReplyTargets.settled()has consumed the tapped target, so pending targets don't build up while the reply is off. The tap and claim tracking is unchanged, and flipping the constant turns the reply back on.iOS gets the same change in code-payments/code-ios-app.
