feat: filter package versions by dependency

Users must inspect individual releases to find their dependency requirements. The version list now accepts a dependency name or a specification such as webpack@^3.0.0.

The filter checks dependencies, devDependencies, optionalDependencies, and peerDependencies. Exact versions must satisfy the declared range. Version ranges must overlap. Each matching release shows its dependency declarations and a link to its complete dependency list.

The URL preserves the filter. Filtering works with the release selector and resets pagination to the first page.
