feat: deploy static site to Void with GitHub Actions

The repository has no Void deployment configuration. This change deploys the existing Next.js static export from out/ to cnpmweb.void.app.

void.config.ts maps package, user, and search URLs to their exported HTML files. It also maps encoded dynamic-page script URLs to their asset files.

.github/workflows/void-deploy.yml builds and deploys pushes to master through GitHub Actions. It also supports manual deployment from master. The workflow uses GitHub OIDC to obtain a temporary deployment token. The Void project authorizes this workflow with the github_actions executor.

The workflow calls void@1.1.11 directly with npm exec. The README documents local deployment and the GitHub connection.
