Python Workers template E2E tests fail because
workers-py1.17.9 now requires uv >=0.13.4, while CI installs uv 0.12.3. The dev server exits with a version error and the tests eventually reportfetch failed.Bump the shared CI uv pin to 0.13.4 to meet the new requirement.
Validation:
hello-world:pythonfailing with uv 0.12.3 on main.pnpm --filter create-cloudflare test:e2e workers -t :python(all four Python templates passed on the first attempt; 17 unrelated cases skipped).pnpm check:workflowspnpm exec oxfmt --check .github/actions/install-python-uv/action.ymlgit diff --check
