That silently breaks Host/Origin-sensitive logic — for example a CORS check allowlistinghttp://localhost:*receiveshttp://<route-host>instead and rejects the request only in local dev.The inference is intentional and remains the default. Passing
--infer-origin-from-routes=falsenow opts out, preserving the real local origin without removingroutesfrom the config. An explicitly configured--host,--local-upstream, ordev.hostcontinues to take precedence either way. 55b3d47Thanks @zaidoon1! - Stop rewriting an asset's preservation entry on every HEAD requestPages keeps a cache entry for each served asset so the asset can still be served after a later deployment removes it. HEAD requests rewrote that entry every time, so sites with frequent HEAD traffic made a cache write per request. HEAD requests now rewrite it only when it's missing, changed or close to expiring, the same as GET requests. Responses are unchanged.
