…ference Clarify what "connection" means in the context of the origin-server timeout rows, following review from dpolaske-cloudflare. - Add "What connection means here" section explaining TCP vs HTTPS setup - Rename "Complete TCP Connection" to "TCP connection establishment" - Rename "TCP ACK Timeout" to "TCP request acknowledgment timeout" - Note that neither row is an exhaustive list of operations that can produce 522, and neither value is a universal TCP+TLS setup budget

Expand the 499 troubleshooting page based on Q3 2026 support case analysis. Addresses all review comments from dpolaske-cloudflare. connection-limits.mdx changes are split into PR #34522.
