pycine's read_frames(start_frame=...) takes a position counted from 1
(0 counts as 1, negatives count from the end), not the camera's frame
number. Passing the frame number made every chunk after the first start
one frame early: with the GUI's chunks of 256, file 256 repeated frame
255, later files were one frame late and the last frame was lost.

The new io.read_cine_frames() turns the frame number into pycine's
position (frame - FirstImageNo + 1) and checks the range; all eight
reads in io.py and view.py use it. Plan, tests F1-F4 and report:
tests/cine_frame_order/, now tracked (its f1_data*/ is regenerated by
test F1).

Tracer tracking of the twelve runs from 10 Hz to 35 Hz with the new
calibrated camFiles (as for 10Hz_r_b_1), on imgFile_mask, saving every
200 frames, delivered to <run>\Results_tracer on X:.

- the batch: run_all.py (staged on D:, resumes from the last save),
  chain_batch.py (starts the next batch after its checks),
  make_configs.py and config.json;
- renumber/: the renumbering of the images after the frame-256 copy
  (B2), with one log per folder for --undo, its checks and R0-R1;
- tests/: the checks and test runs (S1-S2, thresholds, T1-T3, the
  tuning U0-U6) with their results;
- the plans, the report (2026-10-10-report.md) and the README.

Settings since 11 Oct: short tracks link within 5 voxels instead of 30
in every run, and the dense runs have their own finder thresholds.
