Description

Reworks the Mosaic Avatar size scale and makes the square shape's radius follow the size.

size	before	after	square radius
xs	20	24	4px
sm	28	32	6px
md	36	38	8px
lg	40	48	8px
xl	48	removed

xl is dropped since it became identical to the new lg. Font sizes scale with the boxes to keep the ~0.4x ratio. Each size sets a private --_cl-avatar-radius var that the square shape reads; circle is unchanged and fit keeps its previous 6px radius. Swingset stories and docs are updated to match.
