docs(repo): fix stale facts in agent instructions - #10544
Fixes facts in the agent instructions (AGENTS.md, the clerk-monorepo skill, .cursor rules, swingset and mosaic docs) that no longer match the code. Where a list had drifted, it now points to the source of truth instead of copying it.
pnpm minimum is >=10.34.5; the skill points to engines in package.json instead of hardcoding it.
The clerk-monorepo package table (25 rows, 4 packages missing) is replaced by a command that lists every packages/*/package.json.
cmt.md: scope is required and docs is a type, per commitlint.config.ts; the hardcoded scope list (which included removed packages) is gone.
Swingset CLAUDE.md: renamed APIs (getModule, livePages), the xstyle PropTable row, the third @clerk/mosaic alias, and the route shape (explorer)/[group]/[component].
Smaller fixes: Card parts in clerk-js-ui.mdc, @clerk/ui/themes import, and the Mosaic migration worked example (features/reverification/, which has the model/controller/view split).
