Description
The actions menu column in
APIKeysTablenow uses the table's existingsticky='end'option on its column and cells, in the view and the skeleton. When the table scrolls horizontally on a narrow screen, each key's menu stays pinned to the end edge (the left edge in RTL) instead of scrolling out of view.Stacked on #10542.
