fix(react): notify status listener on subscribe so ClerkLoading resolves after remount - #10465
When ClerkProvider remounts after clerk-js has already loaded, the new IsomorphicClerk instance starts at "loading", and sometimes the effect in useLoadedIsomorphicClerk subscribes after replayInterceptedInvocations has already run, so nothing ever tells the hook that the status is "ready". ClerkLoading just stays. It's easy to hit in a Next.js App Router layout.
I pass { notify: true } to the status listener. That's what the replay does already. The hook now gets the current status as soon as it subscribes. The reporter ran the same one-line change against clerk-js 6.41.0 and it mounted 5 out of 5 times, and I added a test plus a patch changeset for @clerk/react.
The status listener in useLoadedIsomorphicClerk now subscribes with { notify: true }. A new test checks that ClerkProvider registers the listener with this option. A patch changeset describes the reported <ClerkLoading> and <ClerkLoaded> behavior when the provider remounts after Clerk has loaded.
clerk/javascript#10461: This PR forwards ready and degraded status changes after headless-load recovery through the status-listener path.

Explanation
Objective [#10462]: useLoadedIsomorphicClerk must receive the current "ready" status when ClerkProvider remounts after clerk-js has loaded. The reviewed head changes the status subscription in packages/react/src/contexts/ClerkProvider.tsx from on('status', setClerkStatus) to on('status', setClerkStatus, { notify: true }). This is the fix that the issue suggests. The issue states that replayInterceptedInvocations already passes { notify: true } for early listeners, so the new option covers the case where the effect subscribes after the replay has run. The PR adds packages/react/src/contexts/tests/ClerkProvider.status.test.tsx, which checks that the provider registers the status listener with { notify: true }. Limits of the evidence: the test uses a mocked IsomorphicClerk and checks only the registration arguments. It does not exercise the remount timing. The reporter's 5/5 result comes from a build with the same change, not from this PR's test run. The pnpm test and pnpm build checklist items are unchecked. The IsomorphicClerk.on signature was not read directly. The inspection output was truncated before that method, so the three-inspection limit was reached. The option type is supported only by the issue text and the existing ListenerOptions usage in the same file.

Explanation
The reviewed changes are the one-line status subscription change in ClerkProvider.tsx, a new unit test for that subscription, and a patch changeset for @clerk/react (.changeset/clerk-loading-remount-status.md, per the change summary). Each change connects to the objective in #10462. The test and changeset support the fix and do not add unrelated behavior. No unrelated files or behavior changes appear in the reviewed evidence. The changeset was not read directly; its scope is taken from the change summary.

Test the remount behavior.
The mocked on method never invokes the status listener. The test renders one ClerkProvider, checks the subscription arguments, and unmounts it. It does not verify that a remounted provider updates ClerkLoading and ClerkLoaded.
