refactor(mosaic): nest localization keys under their public component - #10458
Mosaic's localization roots were named after source files (userProfileAddSms, membersTableTab), so moving a file meant renaming public override keys. This PR nests every section under the public component it belongs to, and registry.ts is now the one place that defines the public key tree.
Sections nest under their component, e.g. userProfile.mfa.backupCodes, organizationProfile.members.invitations.
The email and phone copy moves out of userProfileContact into userProfile.email and userProfile.phone. Add-email and add-phone become addDialog, matching the existing removeDialog.
Reverification keys drop the old blockButton__ / formField…__ names for plain camelCase (reverification.methods.password), and keys it never rendered are removed.
A test fails on any key segment that isn't camelCase, and ARCHITECTURE.md plus docs/views.md document where new keys go.
No messages file moves. Views read useMessages('userProfile').mfa and so on.
Overrides still autocomplete and type-check as nested objects or dot paths. Old keys now fail to compile.
This breaks overrides that use the old keys, hence the minor bump while Mosaic is pre-1.0.

Walkthrough
The localization registry now groups user-profile and organization-profile messages under nested component roots. Consumers, type references, and test fixtures use the updated paths. The API-keys message root is renamed to apiKeys. Email and phone section messages are defined separately from shared contact messages, and contact-list actions use kind-specific messages where applicable. Reverification messages are reorganized, and registry tests check message path depth and camelCase naming. Architecture guidance and a changeset document the updated key paths.
clerk/javascript#10406: Changes email and phone profile flows and adds a message within the email add-dialog bundle, which this PR relocates under the nested message path.
clerk/javascript#10432: Changes the MFA setup message contract, which this PR relocates under userProfile.mfa.
clerk/javascript#10382: Changes reverification messages, which this PR reorganizes with their consumer lookups.
Some consumers may lose localized text after upgrading unless the migration guide documents all old-to-new key mappings.

Reorganize localization keys under the component they belong to. Section and dialog strings now nest under their component instead of sitting at the top level, for example `userProfileMfa.label` is now `userProfile.mfa.label`, `membersTableTab.title` is now `organizationProfile.members.list.title`, and `apiKeysTable.search` is now `apiKeys.search`. Email and phone strings moved from `userProfileContact.email` and `userProfileContact.phone` to `userProfile.email` and `userProfile.phone`. Update any `localization` overrides that use the old keys; TypeScript flags each one.

Provide a complete migration guide.
Include mappings for all moved keys in both localization.messages and localization.overrides. TypeScript does not flag every old key: JavaScript and non-literal TypeScript catalogs can retain obsolete keys. Those entries are ignored by the new lookups, which then use English defaults. Update the Swingset consumers to the nested namespaces.
These consumers use @clerk/mosaic/localization, not an independent localization implementation. The changed useMessages contract accepts only current top-level registry keys, but the Swingset TypeScript project still passes removed names. Its next build can therefore fail type checking.
Map the calls to userProfile.email.addDialog, userProfile.password, userProfile.profile, organizationProfile.members.invite, and apiKeys.
