feat(mosaic): add reverification to password updates

Description

Adds session reverification to the Mosaic password section. When reverification is enabled, the current-password field is hidden. A verification challenge appears inside the password dialog, and successful verification retries the save.

The password model owns the verification flow and maps password errors after the wrapped action. Cancelling verification closes without an error. A failed save keeps the draft and returns focus to the form. Password, confirmation, and device-details dialogs share the same verification transition view.

Updated for the model-owned flow and automatic cleanup introduced by #10252 and #10253. Includes the form cancellation handling from #10215. The export from #10214 and the Mosaic-specific repeated-hint behavior from #10216 are no longer included.

Section wiring matches Fredrik's stack. Below that, the PR rebuilds useConfirmController by hand because password is a form, and adds pieces nothing else in Mosaic has. The real gap is that useForm doesn't know about reverification. I'd block on the formatError and controller try/catch comments; the rest follow from them.

Nice work here! Sorry for the churn, but seeing some of the hoops you had to jump through here I made some changes last week:

• refactor(mosaic): keep the last reverification card in the component, not the controller #10252
• refactor(mosaic): create the reverification flow in the model #10253

This let's you avoid calling reset manually, and moving the hook call into the model lets you catch and do the error mapping on the wrapped action instead of having to rethrow the reverification hint.
