Add the dmtls library submodule and update the boot and registry snapshots. The SDK snapshot is unchanged. Backend forks are private dmtls build dependencies fetched as hash-verified archives.
Merge after choco-technologies/dmtls#1, choco-technologies/dmosi-proc#13, choco-technologies/dmosi-freertos#74, choco-technologies/dmod-boot#134 and choco-technologies/dmod-registry#20. Backend changes: choco-technologies/mbedtls#1 and choco-technologies/TF-PSA-Crypto#1. Publish the first dmtls release before registry binary installation.
Validation: native/M4/M7 TLS builds; real module lifecycle 3/3; OpenSSL interoperability 18/18; pointer-audit fixtures 3/3; STM32 TLS probes 7/7 followed by UTC 6/6, RTC 12/12 and RNG 6/6, using the existing loader. Process/FreeRTOS native regressions pass. Renode was omitted as requested. The default boot flash list is unchanged.
