In stm32f746g-disco/sdram.ini, the FMC pin sections now use driver_order=-9 and the [sdram] controller uses -8. The external SDRAM heap therefore starts right after dmclk (-10), instead of after the drivers that use order 0. The examples in configs/README.md and docs/configuration.md are updated to match.

The pins stay strictly before the controller (-9 < -8), so the pins-before-FMC guarantee is kept.

Companion PRs: choco-technologies/dmclk, choco-technologies/dmgpio (same branch).

FMC pins now use driver_order=-9 and the SDRAM controller -8, so the external
SDRAM heap starts right after dmclk (-10) instead of after the order-0
drivers, which otherwise exhaust DTCM first.
