AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md/.claude/**against the current tree.What changed and why
CLAUDE.md— replaced the stale "This file is for Claude-specific notes only; there are none yet." with an accurate pointer to the.claude/config that now exists (Terse output style,source-grounded-explorersubagent,qemu-bootskill). The old line was simply false.AGENTS.md— added an "Agent tooling" section documenting the three.claude/artifacts, and prefaced "Booting headlessly and bounding the run" with a note that theqemu-bootskill automates that procedure end to end (the prose is what the skill encodes / the manual fallback). Previously AGENTS.md never mentioned.claude/at all, so the skill's procedure was duplicated with no cross-link.No changes to factual claims that were verified accurate (CI jobs,
