Problem

Solution

  • Department combo gets the All / My departments options, defaulting to My departments for supervisors; the people list filters on department lists.
  • The anonymous busy_periods served by zou render as inert grey "Busy on another production" bars on expanded rows and extend the person's root bar.
  • Move the v-for to the right node in OnionSkinPicker.

The team schedule had no department scoping: supervisors and
production managers scrolled the whole studio (cgwire#1579).

Switch the department combo to the all-and-my-departments variant,
default supervisors to My departments, and filter the people list on
department lists.

Work on productions outside the viewer's teams was invisible, so
booked artists looked free (cgwire#1579).

Render the anonymous busy_periods served by zou as inert grey bars on
expanded rows, extend the person's root bar to cover them, and add the
busy label to every locale.

As supervisor and production manager, the Team Schedule page is not filtered according to our department / production.
