Adopt the published agentic-sdlc v4.9.0 release. The plugin marketplace and current guide/CI references now use the release tag.
Godot DevKit replaces three removed v3 reusable workflows with one v4.9.0 composite action job. It preserves the three selected checks and a five-minute timeout.
The diff changes only adoption references and the required DevKit action migration. Local JSON and workflow YAML parsing passed.
git diff --checkpassed. PR CI is the integration proof.
