Release 3.8.0 adds lexical comment/doc/inline/docstring statistics and shrink-only JSON ratchets for comment and test-code/case budgets (#121 / #122).
Upgrade: table consumers must account for the new columns. JSON fields are additive. Capture a stats JSON baseline once, then run the same scope with
stats --ratchet <file>; existing caps may only decrease. The parser reuses the shared GDScript lexer, so strings do not masquerade as comments.Validation: feature CI is green; release-tree
make precommitpasses 301 tests, 167 subtests, shell and all eight static checks. This PR only changes the two version sites together.Closes #121
