Cache fetched popup enrichments (image + nearby places) under a key
built from the place's name and rounded coordinates instead of the
coordinate's positional id. A host can reuse the same positional id for
a different place (e.g. an itinerary regenerated in place), which caused
the new place to serve the previous place's cached photo.
