Summary
MaasConfigSRIOVStep._get_pci_config() accumulated every compute machine's PCI device entries into a single shared list, so a DPU-backed host's remote_managed VF specs leaked into the computed whitelist for unrelated, non-DPU compute nodes. This scopes the whitelist as a dict keyed by node hostname, matching the pattern already used for excluded_devices.
