The inference engine now publishes as cactus-engine, freeing cactus-compute for the Needle and Whistle package. Update the package metadata, installation guidance, repository links, PyPI token authentication, reusable workflow secret forwarding, and Homebrew package lookup. Install SDL3 explicitly because the macOS wheel repair step bundles it.
Validation: the source distribution builds as cactus-engine 2.2.2 and passes twine check. The PyPI workflow is building the native macOS and Linux wheels.
