Disabling Google TV Home through the App List (disable_package) or the launcher row's generic disable_launcher does not reach disable_paired_holders, which only the takeover commands use. With another real launcher enabled, the guards allow it, leaving Setup Wraith enabled with stock off, the state where Setup Wraith can take the Home button (#122). The Launcher tab callout and the Turn it off action still cover that state after the fact. Fix: route every stock-launcher disable entry point through the paired-holder operation, keeping its inventory-before-disable and rollback rules.
