Summary

I added a One-Click Deploy section after Quickstart in README.md, with a button that links to DAC's page on RepoCloud.
This gives the community one-click access to deploy DAC at an affordable host, as a ready-made template, with more providers to come.
Disclosure: I'm affiliated with RepoCloud.

Only README.md changed, so I did not run the Go or frontend steps; on my fork the section renders and the button's link opens DAC's page.
