Snowflake no longer allows user/password auth for the test user. The snowflake profile now uses private_key, read from DBT_ENV_SECRET_SNOWFLAKE_TEST_PRIVATE_KEY, which CI populates from the SNOWFLAKE_PRIVATE_KEY secret. The password variable is removed from the workflows, tox passenv, and the ci scripts.
