Summary

py/pyproject.toml has requires-python = ">=3.10.0" and CI tests 3.10 through 3.15, but the classifiers list only included Programming Language :: Python :: 3.10. This PR adds classifiers for 3.11, 3.12, 3.13, 3.14 and 3.15 so the PyPI metadata matches the versions CI covers.

Test plan

  • cd py && make build builds the sdist and wheel; version.py is put back afterward
  • Wheel METADATA and sdist PKG-INFO both list 3.10–3.15 classifiers, along with Requires-Python: >=3.10.0

requires-python is >=3.10 and CI tests 3.10 through 3.15, but the
package metadata only advertised 3.10.
