i18n: Add Arabic language support to the website

Description

This PR introduces full Arabic language support to the Bottles website. Previously, Arabic was not available, and this contribution aims to make Bottles more accessible to the Arabic-speaking Linux community.

What's included:

• Full translation of the landing page, including Eagle, Bottles Next, and WineBridge sections.
• Localization of technical terms (Dependencies, Runtimes, etc.) into natural Arabic.
• RTL (Right-to-Left) considerations for the translated strings.
• Culturally appropriate phrasing for community and donation sections.

Why?

Arabic is a major language with a growing Linux user base. Providing a native experience helps in onboarding new users and making the project truly global.

I've ensured that the translation remains professional yet friendly, following the project's overall tone.
