Some notes:

• not sure about the URL to STAC as a code block (this was already discussed probably)
• a would also add a reference to the documentation of STAC API: https://dev.earthdatahub.bopen.eu/api/stac/v1/api.html
• In section For protected datasets, let curl read your API key from your .netrc file, or pass it directly:. This is perfectly ok but IMHO we put too much emphasis on .netrc.
  I would also document that it is possible to access EDH not only with basic auth (which is an hack we use for reuse .netrc files) but also with more standard Bearer auth.
