Add trusted 7-ELEVEN pickup barcode flow

What this adds

• reproduces the official 22555003_711pickup catalogue → 401 authorize → OID4VP → 402 encrypted-PNG flow
• supports the production six-descriptor request and selects the held carrier once for 姓名 and once for 手機後 5 碼
• shows the issuer-signed credential serial (jti) and explicit consent fields
• gates the verifier through both the trust-list API and current Arbitrum contract state, and shows that evidence in-app
• requires Face ID or device passcode before presentation
• displays only the verifier-returned PNG, using its server lifetime, with expiry, enlargement, and regeneration
• adds Traditional Chinese copy and Dynamic Type-safe scrolling

• focused OID4VP/pickup suites pass

Still required before merge

The paired iPhone 14 is currently reported by CoreDevice as unavailable. Do not treat simulator success as real completion. Install this branch without erasing app data, use the existing real telecom credential to generate a current QR, then have a 7-ELEVEN scanner accept it.
