Deprecate legacy configliere packages after first Bombshell publish #39

Once the first Bombshell package has been published, deprecate the packages under the old name and point users to the new package:

• Deprecate configliere on npm.
• Deprecate @frontside/configliere on JSR.
• Include the new Bombshell package name in both deprecation notices.

This should happen only after the first Bombshell publish is available so the notices can link users to a working replacement.
