…wheel python-publish.yml was copy-pasted from another project: python-version matched neither requires-python nor the test workflow, and the PyPI environment URL pointed at akeneo_mock_server. Also bump checkout/ setup-python to match the test workflow's fix. docs/database-layout.md and skills/pgdevkit/ previously only existed in the sdist (a side effect of hatchling's default sdist inclusion, not anything deliberately configured) — pip installs almost always use the wheel, so downstream projects got neither. force-include them into the wheel under pgdevkit/docs and pgdevkit/skills, preserving the same relative nesting depth so SKILL.md's existing "../../docs/..." links resolve unchanged in both the source repo and the installed package.
