the pin bumps: the push run on `main`
([40311613851](https://github.com/bernardladenthin/streambuffer/actions/runs/40311613851),
`3133ac5d`) skipped every snapshot job. Dispatch Publish on `main` with `publish_to_central`
(the owner approves `maven-central`) and read `central-snapshot` and `github-snapshot`: does the
`snapshot` tag move to the commit (actions v1.0.3+ re-creates it on a 403), and does
`superseded()` pass without a 502 (java-llama.cpp's TODO has the background).

- **Formal verification — follow-ups.** The two-layer setup (OpenJML ESC proof of the static
sequential core + OpenJML RAC under the full test suite) landed 2026-09 — see CLAUDE.md
"Formal Verification" and `.github/workflows/formal-verification.yml`. Still open, in priority
