Write the calibration paste block with LF line endings on every platform - #236
Merged

Conversation
CalibrationReport.appendPasteBlock wrote its three value lines with
String.format("...%n"), the platform line separator, between lines that
end in \n. On Windows the <calibration> block meant for a pom.xml held
3x CRLF and 3x LF, and renderXml_rendersOnePasteBlockPerModelInOrder
failed there; the Linux CI never saw it. All lines end in \n now.
A new CalibrationReportTest case renders the block in a child JVM
started with -Dline.separator=\r\n (the platform separator is fixed at
JVM start, so no in-process test can see it): red without the fix on
Linux too, green with it.

The child of renderXml_endsEveryLineWithLineFeedOnACrLfPlatform guarded against a separator that did not take effect with System.exit(2). It throws an IllegalStateException now (review on #236): the child still ends with a failure status, and the parent's assertion shows the reason from stderr instead of a bare exit code. All lines end in\nnow (.gitattributessetseol=lf, and the block is pasted into a pom). These were the only%n/System.lineSeparator()uses in the srcmorph sources.renderXml_endsEveryLineWithLineFeedOnACrLfPlatform: the platform separator is fixed at JVM start, so the test renders the block in a child JVM started with-Dline.separator=\r\n(on a CRLF platform without the option). The child throws if the separator did not take effect, so the test cannot pass vacuously (review: an exception instead ofSystem.exit, so the reason reaches the parent's assertion via stderr).Test plan
