Build tooling in step with the siblings, ACP SDK 0.80.0 in the agent, print-host-info.sh shared - #520

… print-host-info.sh shared Spotless 3.10.4 and Checker Framework 4.3.1 (every sibling repository moves in the same step), exec-maven-plugin 3.6.4 in examples/server/pom.xml -- two patch releases behind the reactor, unseen because check-versions.py did not read that POM; it does now -- and the Compose compiler plugin 2.4.21, the Kotlin the POMs already had after Dependabot's bump this morning. check-versions.py compares the Kotlin Gradle plugins of every *.gradle.kts with the POMs' Kotlin from now on, with unit tests: Dependabot's maven ecosystem never sees the Gradle files. The local agent speaks ACP through SDK 0.80.0 (from 0.18.0, upstream's binary-incompatible release of 2026-10-08). The wire format is unchanged and AcpServerTest, which drives the server with plain JSON, passes unchanged (9/9; the module's verify: 277 tests, 0 failures). The port: sendSessionUpdate without the discriminator argument the records now write themselves, session/request_permission through the prompt context's client(), awaitTermination() for await(), and the protocol's new tool-call name carries the agent's tool name. print-host-info.sh becomes a shared file: listed in .github/shared-files.sha256 here and copied to the three siblings, where their test jobs print the runner's CPU the way every test job here does. CLAUDE.md, the agent's CLAUDE.md, android-llmservice's docs and the CHANGELOG follow. Verified: llama compiles with Checker 4.3.1 (install), spotless:check with 3.10.4 is green on the core and the agent, the buildcheck suite and check-shared-files.py --offline pass. Not verifiable here: the Gradle build of android-llmservice (Google's Maven is unreachable from the sandbox).
