Version bump for the v0.25.0 release (
make bump VERSION=0.25.0: 11 version files, 8 lockfiles).v0.25.0 carries #988 (notifications wording), #989 (rustls 0.23.46 and Go 1.26.9), #990 (list methods return empty slices) and #991 (column move, question update, lineup marker, project timesheet and event boost contracts). #991's breaking changes are in MIGRATING.md under v0.25.0.
