Base44's terminology keeps "builder" for the Builder plan, the Builder
GitHub App and people who build apps ("builders" here are still the
shell's users). The embedded place is the app editor, the chat is the
AI chat, and the AI is the AI. Prose and the one UI string only; code
names (AppBuilderSidebar, builderInstructions.ts, ...) are unchanged.

* Docs: drop docs/, point to the white-label guide The guide on docs.base44.com covers what docs/ explained, so the README is now a short map of Sunny and Tiny Sunny with links there. The sunny-platform skill text moves next to the code that is held to it.
