Shows a warning and a "Migrate & Save" button when the selected Parse Server version requires the database to be migrated to MongoDB 8, and the reason as a tooltip when a version is disabled. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Replaces the FormNote bars, made for a single centered line, with notices following the modal cards style (icon, left aligned text, light border). The migration warning is hidden while saving, when the progress notice is shown. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
