[FEATURE] Add command to flush the watermarks of flagged files - #38

Adds ailabel:flushWatermarks, flushing the processed image variants of every AI-flagged file so the baked watermark is rendered again with the current global settings. Works in any image marker mode, and flushes each file once no matter how many of its metadata records are flagged. Resolves: #37
