Description
baby steps towards a better information architecture:
implements the agreed tab structure, removing the pull-down menu
splits up the navigation config by top-level sections. makes it a little easier to organize
lightly edits the platform section
removes the troubleshooting documentation from the menu structure; that content will be moving to the support center
