Refresh the documentation to reflect the current state of the project and correct inaccuracies. * Explain how uv uses the project. * Update supported platforms, architectures, and Windows requirements. * Document free-threaded builds and available archive variants. * Clarify dynamic and static musl builds and their limitations. * Update build instructions, toolchains, and Visual Studio requirements. * Refresh technical notes on extension modules and bundled dependencies. * Remove obsolete platform claims, build targets, and project references.
