After looking at the layout, I think it would look better if you did this...
mkdir docs/Deployment/Performance-Tuning
mv docs/Deployment/Performance-Tuning.md docs/Deployment/Performance-Tuning/index.md
mv docs/Deployment/Performance-Tuning-Asterisk-Versions-20.17.0-22.7.0-and-23.1.0.md docs/Deployment/Performance-Tuning/
Then edit docs/Deployment/.pages to remove the .md from the Performance-Tuning entry.
This way the original link for "Performance-Tuning" will still point to the correct page but the page for the old versions will appear under "Performance-Tuning" instead of next to it.
