Verdict: approve. Repoints the reusable Redline review workflow from askalf/askalf to askalf/ci, pinned to a full commit SHA that matches the redline-ref input. The read-only permissions, same-repo and non-draft gate, and concurrency group are unchanged, so the security posture of the caller is the same as before. One note outside the changed lines: the header comment at the top of the file still names askalf/askalf as the home of the review workflow and could be updated to askalf/ci in a follow-up.

The shared Redline workflows moved from the profile repo to askalf/ci, and their prompts now live on the runner host instead of in a public repository. This pins the caller(s) here ( redline.yml ) to askalf/ci at 48dcf94; the
uses:sha andredline-refstay identical. Nothing else changes.
