- Ask before removing an agent or deleting an agent type, in a styled dialog instead of the browser's
- Show the agent's worktree path next to its name in the inspector; click to copy, hover for its branch
- Build versions without the "-dirty" / "+dirty" suffix
- Add opt-in plan approval: a manager stops after planning until the user approves, edits, sends back or cancels its plan
- Review the plan in the manager's Goal tab: edit each report's goal and checks, skip or add reports, warnings for checks that can't fail
- Apply the same review to Request changes routed by a manager
- Save plans as drafts (plans table); report goals change only on approval, and drafts expire after 24h or on restart
- Add GET/POST /api/agents/{id}/plan, and refuse moving or removing a report while its manager's plan waits
- Show "Let me approve the plan before the team runs" in the Goal tab and Settings for managers
- Show a pulsing banner in the Goal tab while an agent works, with what it's doing and for how long
- Show proposed goals on report boxes and an amber "awaiting" status on the canvas
- Regroup the header into project, status strip and actions; pulsing "Needs you (N)", cost opens Stats, drop the done counter
- Mention plan approval in the README
…ader and canvas polish

- Logs tab: one section per run with its outcome, a plain summary, a checks list with the failing line, a readable timeline, filters and search, and a live line
- Tag log entries with their run and attempt; log a start entry for each run; add GET /api/agents/{id}/runs
- Manager passes its failing checks to the reports they concern and re-checks, up to 2 fix rounds
- Run checks and agents in their own process group: background processes can't hang a run, and Stop or exit kills what they started
- Delete a removed agent's worktree, branch and history on save, with a warning when it has work
- Let Claude agents run their own check commands (--allowedTools)
- Parse the last complete JSON object in a manager's reply
- Review big diffs file by file with a list of every changed file
- Move a re-parented agent's own commits onto its new manager's branch
- Tell pages that missed live updates to reload; refresh the summary every 15s
- Make the merge preview read-only and count uncommitted files
- Keep split stderr lines whole
- Create worktrees one at a time so reports starting together don't collide
- Use the styled dialog for rename, clone, project switch and Run all
- Agent types: Manager, Product Manager, Programmer (was Coder), Tester, Technical Content Writer; drop Reviewer
- Default instructions for each agent type, filled into new agents and once into existing ones
- Connection dots on the bottom and sides of boxes
- Styled project menu; show tokens instead of dollar cost; clearer boxes in dark mode
- Default port 7889
- Top-level agents have a list of goals instead of one goal form; it starts empty and + Add goal adds to it
- Run shows the goals it will run with their checks, asks whether a failure stops or goes on, then runs them one after another
- Each goal runs on the code the one before it left, with its own plan, checks and log; Stop keeps the rest for the next Run
- Waiting goals can be reordered by dragging, edited, run next, skipped or removed; finished goals show their result with View log and Add again
- Run all runs each top-level agent's waiting goals
- Box badge "goals 3/5" and a Needs you entry when a failed goal stopped the list
- Log sections are titled with their goal; each run logs a start entry
- Request changes is a pop-up opened from the latest finished goal or the end of the latest run's log, instead of a permanent box
- An existing top-level goal moves into the agent's list once; reports keep their single goal set by their manager
- Add goal list storage, GET/POST/PUT/DELETE /api/agents/{id}/queue endpoints, and tests
…goal list fixes

- Checkpoint commits are one line saying what changed: the agent's own "Commit:" line, else the change or goal
- Manager merges and Merge... list every change the branch brings in, from all its goals, one per line
- Old checkpoints ("arranger: Name attempt N") are described by their goal from the run log, else by their files
- Leave syncs, saves, hand edits in the Diff tab, repeats and reverted changes out of merge messages
- Merge dialog's message is a multi-line box pre-filled with that list
- Housekeeping commits read as plain English ("Sync with main: bring in 2 new commit(s)")
- Goals show in one list in run order, finished ones with a tick or cross, instead of a collapsed Finished section
- Request changes on any finished goal, about that goal
- Clicking an unsaved agent saves the canvas and opens it; Save settings saves the canvas too
- Rename "+ New type" to "+ New custom type"
…pace to remove agents

- "Reports to" in Settings uses the app's dropdown instead of the browser's
- Hover a connection to see an × at its middle; clicking it makes the agent below report to nobody
- Select a box and press Backspace or Delete to remove it, after the same confirmation as its ×; ignored while typing or when a dialog is open
- Sidebar help lines for removing connections and agents
… state

- Continue on a blocked or failed manager: reports that finished keep their work, only the others run again, then all are reviewed, merged and checked with no new plan
- Teams & Tools: start from a ready team (Feature team, Bug fix, Docs), add it or replace the canvas with it, or save the canvas as a template
- Teams & Tools lists agent CLIs on this machine with versions, and install and sign-in commands to copy
- Suggest checks from the repo's build files (Go, npm/pnpm/yarn/bun scripts, Cargo, Python, Makefile), as one-click chips under every Checks box
- Empty canvas invites starting from a ready team
- Drag on empty space draws a selection box; Shift adds; Cmd/Ctrl+A selects all; Esc clears
- Backspace removes every selected agent after one confirmation; reports move up to the nearest manager that stays
- Pan with Space+drag, the middle mouse button, or scroll
- Stop is enabled only while the agent is running or waiting for plan approval; disabled buttons look faded
- The browser tab's title and icon show the state: needs you, working or done
- Add GET /api/setup, template storage and endpoints, POST /api/agents/{id}/continue, and tests
Output already buffered before the kill was still counted, so a slow runner
recorded tokens past the limit and TestTokenLimits failed in CI (400 vs 300).
